Yoga For Runners

We have 2 classes running in our Brooklin Studio. Monday nights at 8:15 and Thursday nights at 8:00. Both classes are 1 1/2 hours long and include 50 minutes of Power Yoga before going into some deep stretching to aid in recovery and ability.

If you have a pass from our Pickering location it is valid in Brooklin.
